NASTT’s CIPL Good Practices Course
NASTT is pleased to present, in conjunction with the Northeast Gas Distribution Council (NEGDC), NASTT’s Cured-in-Place-Liner (CIPL) Good Practices Course.
The NASTT CIPL Good Practices Course provides an in-depth overview of CIPL and covers topic areas such as methods and applications, planning and preliminary design, construction considerations and troubleshooting.

The course will be taught by the following volunteer, expert instructors:
George Ragula, Distribution Technology Manager at Public Service Electric & Gas (PSE&G). George received his BS in Mechanical Engineering from Polytechnic Institute of Brooklyn in New York. He is a past Chair of NASTT, serves on NASTT’s No-Dig Show Program Committee and as a Technical Program Session Leader. George teaches our Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) Course, Pipe Bursting Course, CIP Liners for the Gas Industry and Introduction to Rehabilitation Course.
Dennis Walsh, P.E., Senior Project Manager, Horizontal Directional Drilling, PSE&G. Dennis M. Walsh, P.E. is a Senior Project Manager – Horizontal Directional Drilling for Public Service Electric & Gas in New Jersey. Dennis is a 1972 graduate of the University of Dayton, Ohio with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and a 2002 graduate of the Polytechnic University of New York with a M.S. in Technology. Dennis serves on NASTT’s Board of Directors, the No-Dig Show Program Committee and is the 2019 NASTT’s Educational Fund Auction Committee Chair.
