Pipe Bursting Good Practices

Course Description

NASTT’s Pipe Bursting Good Practices Seminar is a one-day course that covers four areas: (1) the types, methods and application of pipe bursting; (2) planning and preliminary design of a pipe bursting job; (3) design and construction considerations; and  (4) trouble shooting and problem solving.  The course is geared to provide an in depth overview of pipe bursting. The target audience is contractors, public works and consulting engineers, and inspectors.

The course is based on the Pipe Bursting Good Practices book published by NASTT in 2005. A copy of this book is provided each participant. The course is taught by instructors who are experts on pipe bursting. Participants earn Continuing Education Units (CEUs). Class participation is encouraged.
