Ray received a B.Eng degree in civil and structural engineering from the University of Sheffield and M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Minnesota. He is a Past Chair of NASTT and ISTT and a 2014 Inductee into NASTT’s Trenchless Hall of Fame. Ray teaches our Laterals Course.
