Glenn holds a Ph.D., P.E. and P.Eng. and received his doctorate degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Waterloo, Ontario. Glenn serves on NASTT’s No-Dig Show Program Committee and teaches our Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) Course and our Pipe Bursting Course.
