David joined Michels Corporation August 2013 as Senior Manager, Water Rehabilitation Services. He is responsible for developing new market opportunities. David was named Senior Manager, Corporate Business Development, June 2018. He supports Pipe Rehabilitation, Tunneling, Foundations and Infrastructure divisions. He works with suppliers to evaluate new products for pipe rehab. David has more than 40 years’ experience in rehabilitation, construction and real estate development. Prior to joining Michels, David was with Insituform Technologies as Business Development Manager and was the former Chairman of the Board of Trustees for Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. David has a BA in Human Resource Management from Lindenwood University. He is an active member of NASTT, board member Midwest Chapter for NASTT and AWWA’s Standards Committee for pressure pipes.
