Tips for Using the Member Directory

 

How do I use the online directory?

You can search for a member by last name, first name, firm, city or state. Directory queries work best with minimal information. Entering the first few letters will give better results than completing all the fields. For example: If you were looking for Sandy Kowalsky, but you don't remember how to spell her name, or you don't know that she might be listed as "Sandra,” you might search on:

First name: Sand
Last name: Kow

The query results will bring you a list of no more than five names at one time. If one of these names is the one you were looking for, you can click on the name to display complete contact information.

 

Who is included in the directory?
This directory includes current NASTT members.

 

Why isn't so-and-so in the directory?
There are four reasons why someone would be missing from the directory.

  • The search needs to be refined. Refine your search by entering less information. Try a new search with just the first few letters of the member's last name. The directory query works best with minimal information.
  • The person is not a current NASTT member. Only members who have paid their current year's dues are included. To reinstate your membership, renew online at http://www.nastt.org/store/join_renew.html.
  • The person is a new member and his or her membership has not been processed. We add new members to the directory as quickly as possible. Once we receive your application, it typically takes up to a week for new members to appear in the directory.
  • The member has asked not to be listed. Some members prefer not to be listed in the directory.

 

How can I update my listing in the directory?
You can update your listing online at “My Membership Account.” Membership ID number and password are required.
